Terms & Conditions – Coop Live Apartment

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your arrival.

• Payments are accepted via bank transfer.

• Your booking is only confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a confirmation email.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel more than 14 days before check-in, your deposit will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee.

• If you cancel between 7–14 days before check-in, 50% of your total booking amount will be charged.

• If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, the full booking amount is non-refundable.

• No-shows are charged the full amount.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of £200 may be required and held against any damages or breaches of house rules. This will be refunded within 5 working days of check-out, provided no issues are reported.

4. House Rules

• No smoking

• No pets (unless agreed in writing)

• No parties or events

• Only the guests listed in the booking may stay overnight

• Quiet hours from 10pm–8am

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 4:00 PM

• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

• Early check-in/late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability/fees

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must keep the apartment secure and treat it with care.

• Any damage, theft, or breaches of the house rules may result in loss of the security deposit and further charges.

• Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

7. Owner’s Right to Cancel

• In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances requiring cancellation (e.g. damage, maintenance issues), we will refund all monies paid and help you find alternative accommodation if needed.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where required by law.
